Welcome to couragehospitality.com ("Website") and the 'Courage Hospitality Private Limited'. The domain name of the Website is owned by Courage Hospitality Private Limited (“we/ us/ our/ TK”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. These Booking Conditions apply to the person making the booking and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made.
Please read these Booking Conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made through Courage Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ("couragehospitality.com"), who are acting as agents on behalf of all of the suppliers (including airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers) in your booking.
These booking conditions govern your relationship with Courage Hospitality Private Limited.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of the members of the party. The person making the booking must also provide a copy of these booking conditions to the other members of the party

The Contract
After we have received your deposit or full payment (if applicable) and we have issued a confirmation invoice, a contract will exist between you and each of the suppliers, effective from the date printed on your invoice. The terms and conditions of each supplier you have booked with will apply to your booking. Once the contract(s) is made, the airlines, accommodation provider and any other supplier is responsible for providing you with what you have booked.
Agency
Courage Hospitality Private Limited acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so Courage Hospitality Private Limited gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Courage Hospitality Private Limited.
Prices
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however Courage Hospitality Private Limited acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from the suppliers of the travel services and products. We will bring to your attention any change in price made prior to you completing your booking and paying the balance of the price. Please note some tour operators and travel service providers reserve the right to increase the price of your travel arrangements due to increases in airfares, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations.
Payments
All payments can be made to Courage Hospitality Private Limited, by cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit card or electronic money transfer. There will be a surcharge of 2% if you make the payment by credit card which will be added to your invoice cost. For booking which are made within 10 working days of tour departure, the full amount will become immediately payable. 100% payment has to be made to secure your booking on confirmed basis.
Hotel/Accommodation
Every Hotel has its own schedule of charges for various extra services and property damages. It is your responsibility to settle the bills/fine at the time of check-out.
Alterations made by
If you want to change any part of your booking, we will do all we can to help. However, the suppliers are under no obligation to make any change, although with reasonable notice (usually more than four weeks), changes may be possible. If a supplier is able to make a change, Courage Hospitality Private Limited will charge an administration fee per booking. In case of group booking, no alterations can be made since all the arrangements are made in advance to get the group rates with the supplier.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If you are entitled to a refund please note Courage Hospitality Private Limited is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier. Courage Hospitality Private Limited will charge a cancellation fee per booking. In case of Group Bookings/Fixed Departures, no refund can be made once booking is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions for Product & Services
Some Of The Products And Services Have Special Governing Terms & Conditions, Which Shall Apply In Addition To The Terms And Conditions Mentioned Separately For Each Product And Service. It Is Important That You Read & Obtain The Information Related To These Specific Products And Services As They May Contain Exclusions Of Limitations Of Liability And Other Terms And Conditions, Including Restrictions On Amendment Or Cancellation. Some Of These Terms And Conditions For Specific Products And Services Shall Include Terms And Conditions Found On Your Screens And When Using Any Part Of This Website.
Liability
As Courage Hospitality Private Limited is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect of the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products.
Force Majeure
Courage Hospitality Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a consequence of Courage Hospitality Private Limited or any of the suppliers being unable to perform its obligations under your contract(s) due to the unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (a "force majeure event") beyond the control of the party affected by the force majeure event.
Neither Courage Hospitality Private Limited nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of, any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, epidemics or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Courage Hospitality Private Limited (“Force Majeure”). Both you and Courage Hospitality Private Limited shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms of Use given hereunder, shall again become fully operative. However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve you or Courage Hospitality Private Limited of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.
Group Booking/Fixed Departures
In fixed departures, it is your responsibility to stay in group and follow the schedule strictly. Courage Hospitality Private Limited shall not be liable for any extra charges that may incur due to missing of group and/or missing of local conveyance. No refund shall be made for any unused service. Since fixed departures are pre-booked holidays, no amendments are possible in itinerary. Booking shall be confirmed only on receipt of full holiday package cost.
Passport & Visas
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling (for outbound tours) and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. Courage Hospitality Private Limited can only assist you in visa application. Issuance of Visa is totally on the discretion of concerned authorities. Under any circumstances, Courage Hospitality Private Limited shall not be responsible for any loss or applicable cancellation fees of services on "Refusal of Visa/Refusal of On Arrival Visa/Delay in Issuance of Visa".
Complaints
We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately to the supplier, or contact Courage Hospitality Private Limited. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to complain at your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.
Data Protection
In order to process your booking we need to pass your details to the relevant suppliers. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of that information. We may also use the information you provide for marketing purposes and, if you do wish to receive any further information, please inform Courage Hospitality Private Limited.
General
Courage Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
Limitation on content usage
Your use of any information or materials on this Website or any other channel or platform of Courage Hospitality Private Limited is entirely at your own risk, for which Courage Hospitality Private Limited shall not undertake any liability. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website or other channel, meet your specific requirements.
You are restricted from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information, software, products or services obtained from this Website. Reproduction of content from the Website and other channel of Courage Hospitality Private Limited is prohibited save and except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Unauthorised use of the Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. You shall solely bear the consequences arising out of the breach of any of the terms given above. Further Courage Hospitality Private Limited reserves exclusive rights to alter, modify, and delete any of the contents without giving prior notice to any person.
Covid-19 Bookings, Refund and Cancellations:
The Customer agrees that due to recent outbreak of COVID-19 which has been declared as pandemic, there may be instances, where the end service provider (including Travel Agent) either cancels the booking or refuses to provide the services, as agreed with the Customer, by assigning or not assigning any specific reason for such refusal. Refusal of service may be due to the reasons including but not limited to the Customer:
  • Exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID 19.
  • Refusing to comply with safety advisories, like wearing protective gear, complying with social distancing norms etc.
  • Suffering of any ailment making the Customer vulnerable to the virus
  • Posing a threat to the health and safety of others or
  • Any other condition put forward by the Central Government, State Governments and statutory bodies etc.
In such cases Courage Hospitality Private Limited will assume no liability for the refusal of service by the end service provider. The Customer also agrees that refund, if any, for such bookings will be processed by Courage Hospitality Private Limited to the Customer subject to receipt of the same from the end service provider.
The Customer further understands that due to the outbreak of COVID-19, there may be frequent changes in guidelines and/ or SOPs issued by the Central Government, State Governments and statutory bodies etc. that a traveller will have to follow in order to undertake the travel.
The Customer agrees to abide with all such guidelines/SOP while undertaking any travel. In case Customer fails to adhere to the same which results in the refusal to travel, Courage Hospitality Private Limited will not be held liable for such refusal and refund, if any, shall be strictly as per the terms of the service provider.
Governing Law
Your contract with Courage Hospitality Private Limited is governed by the laws of Delhi and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi to determine any dispute pertaining to the contract.
Courage Hospitality Private Limited acts as an agent on behalf of airlines, tour operators and other service providers only. Courage Hospitality Private Limited accepts all amount paid and commitments given subject to our terms of trade and schedule of fees and those stipulated by other service providers you may use as part of your overall arrangements handled by us. These conditions apply to yourself, your family or travelling companies that you represent or make payments on their behalf.
